The Milsom Hotel & Restaurant was fully refurbished over a 10-week programme from start to finish across all floors including the 9nr hotel boutique rooms, restaurant, kitchen, all staff areas. This was a challenging project for the team, with the Grade 2 listed status, but the project was delivered on-time and within the agreed agreed contract sum.
