We were pleased to deliver the electrical installation package for Barnett Waddingham’s new office space in Leeds city centre, supporting the creation of a modern and flexible workplace environment.

Working alongside the wider design and fit-out team, we carried out a carefully coordinated installation programme to align with the project schedule. Our scope included lighting, small power, containment, emergency lighting, and structured data cabling to support the functionality and performance of the new workspace.

The project required close collaboration with mechanical and interior fit-out contractors to ensure a seamless integration of services throughout the office. Particular attention was given to feature lighting, breakout areas, and meeting spaces to create a high-quality working environment while maintaining efficiency, reliability, and compliance with current regulations.

Completed to a high standard and within programme, the project demonstrates our experience in delivering commercial office fit-outs where coordination, quality, and attention to detail are essential. We are proud to have supported the delivery of Barnett Waddingham’s new office within the heart of Leeds’ business district.
