Fresh, vibrant and built for busy travellers. The new Giraffe restaurant at Edinburgh Airport brings a modern dining experience to the terminal, and DSP Electrical was proud to deliver the complete electrical installation.

Working airside in a live airport environment, our team delivered a full turnkey electrical package, including feature lighting, power, containment, data infrastructure and emergency lighting throughout the restaurant and back-of-house areas.

Every detail was carefully coordinated with the wider fit-out team to ensure lighting, catering equipment and front-of-house services were seamlessly integrated, creating a welcoming space that looks as good as it performs.

Despite the challenges of working within a secure, operational airport, the project was delivered safely, efficiently and on programme—showcasing DSP Electrical's expertise in premium hospitality fit-outs and our ability to deliver exceptional results in complex environments.
